NVIDIA Sets Annual Shareholder Meeting for June 26

NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) has scheduled its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 9:00 AM PT at the NVIDIA headquarters located at 2701 San Tomas Expressway, Santa Clara, California 95050.
The meeting will include the following agenda items:
- Election of Directors
- Ratification of Independent Auditors
- Approval of the Executive Compensation Plan
- Advisory Vote on Executive Compensation
- Proposal to Amend Bylaws Regarding Shareholder Proposals
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 18, 2024, will be entitled to vote at the meeting. Proxy materials, including the Notice of Annual Meeting, Proxy Statement, and Annual Report on Form 10-K, will be mailed to shareholders on or around April 28, 2024.
